This dinosaur cake is an interesting one! They wanted a Neapolitan cake, so each 10” cake layer is a different flavor. Strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate! Rumor has it that it was delicious! Happy birthday Jonathan!

Building the White House out of lemon cake is no easy feat! The front porch is made of rice cereal treats and graham crackers. Everything is edible except the American Flag and the columns on the front.

What a fun cake to make! I love Legos- I think because it brings back such sweet memories of my kids when they were little. So it was a thrill to make this cake for Ronan’s 5th Birthday. All the building blocks are made of candy melts using a mold. Happy Birthday Ronan!!
