Some thoughts as i share this post. Ive always had a passion for baking...and as i made the decision two years ago to leave my nursing career behind for a bit as I focus on my family, I thought about sharing my passion with others and focusing on wholesome nourishment. Ive always prioritized using higher quality ingredients - organic non enriched flours, real butter ,fresh produce, no seed oils and safe dyes. Food is fuel for our bodies and indulging in a sweet treat or loaf of bread shouldn't feel horrible. I feel good sharing my baked goods knowing they are well made just as I would make for my own family. I appreciate everyone who has checked me out and my loyal patrons who continue to support my little hobby. It means the world to me! Hope everyone enjoys this beautiful Monday!
