Hi friends! Long time no chat- let’s catch up!

I had all good intentions of baking more this fall, especially for Thanksgiving. The Good Lord has given us a really full plate lately (so thankful) and I just haven’t had the spare time (or sanity) to take on another task, to be honest. All that said, I am not “done” baking for the public.. just in a season where it has to take an extended pause until spring.

We will be moving into our new home this winter and I am so excited to have a new space where I can create all the yummy things!

Brown Butter Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Maple glaze is a recipe I have been testing.. I can report that my taste testers are satisfied!

MONDAY AUGUST 4th:
Sourdough bread & chocolate chip cookies will be available at 618 Supply!

I am planning to have all of your favorite flavors available- Plain, Herb and Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar and Cinnamon Chip

I cannot take pre-orders right now, however I will post on Monday what I have baked up and you can claim items to be held.

Hi friends! I’ve been taking a little bake break for a few weeks & I want to be fully transparent about consistency during the summer.

Heat waves + sourdough = unpredictable results. Unfortunately, extreme heat and humidity can alter how well a starter can thrive and even how the dough proofs during the fermentation process. I will also be so honest and tell you that turning my oven on right now doesn’t sound fun 🥵

SO.. I am going to be watching the forecast over the next few weeks to see if I can sneak in a few bake days here and there. I can’t make any promises but I am keeping my fingers crossed to time it just right for some fresh bread soon. Stay tuned here!

I am overjoyed by those of you who ask consistently about my bread, it makes me so happy that you enjoy it so much! I appreciate your patience and I can’t wait to bake for you again soon 💗

You don’t wanna miss the specials at The Lumberyard this week! 🥯 I was tickled pink when Maggie asked me to make up some bagels for the restaurant. I hope you enjoy them!

By the way.. the heart attack burger is 1000% Kentley approved and if you know him well, you’ll know he’s a burger connoisseur so definitely go grab one this week! 🫶🏻

I’ve been sitting on this one for a couple weeks 🤭 I had some of Courtney’s (The Dough Co.) sourdough bagels that I picked up at the West Salem Farmers Market. Talk about YUMMY!!! So we’ve partnered with her on this breakfast bagel special. Your choice of Sausage, Bacon, or Ham with egg and cheese. COME GRAB ONE WHILE YOU CAN!!! Breakfast bagels will be available as supplies lasts!

✨Wednesday- Lasagna with garlic bread and drink $12

✨Thursday- Heart Attack Burger with a side and drink $12
Back by popular demand, this burger has a generous helping of Mac and cheese atop a burger patty, a couple pieces of bacon, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce (didn’t have that last time, and honestly that was a mistake on my part 😂)

✨Friday- Fish Night!!!!
