Hey y’all! 👋 I’ve been thinking about adding a few new things to the micro bakery lineup and wanted to see what y’all might be interested in before I go too far down the rabbit hole 😅

Some ideas I’ve been tossing around:
• New cookie flavors (something a little different!)
• Sourdough sandwich bread—soft enough for the kids, sturdy enough for a good ol’ turkey melt
• Fresh bagels—because sometimes store-bought just doesn’t cut it!

Would y’all be into any of those? Or is there something you’ve been secretly hoping I’d start baking?

📦🍞 Weekend Bake + Shipping Day! 🍞📦

What a weekend! I spent the last few days baking and packing up these beautiful sourdough loaves and cookies—all of these are heading out across the country! My one local order was picked up this morning, and now I’m about to head to the post office to ship off the rest.

You might notice a paper towel tucked inside each bag—those are there to help absorb any moisture during shipping and reduce the chance of condensation while they travel. Gotta keep these loaves fresh and fabulous!
