Okay, RainBrew Steak House… you understood the assignment.

SLV Eats stopped in, and WOW. The steak was cooked to perfection, the salad was fresh and flavorful, and every bite had us looking at each other like… “Yep, we’re coming back.”

We came for the steak (because you have to start with the signature dish), but now we’re already planning our next visit for the Italian menu. If it’s anything like what we had today, we’re in for a treat.

Sushi Thai in Alamosa continues to win us over! From the moment we walked into the packed restaurant, we knew we were in for something special. We tried both the sushi and Thai favorites, and every dish was full of incredible flavor and freshness. And finding the only spot in Alamosa serving pho made the experience even better! Try it for yourself for either lunch or dinner. A great addition to the Alamosa food scene.

Sunday Funday just turned into Sunday Dinner Night! in Alamosa is open on Sundays and their food is absolute perfection! The new Calamari Steak with mango chutney is divine or try their Duck Confit. You can't go wrong with an Affogato to finish off the night.

All aboard the flavor train. 🚂

Stopped into Caboose Burger tucked at the bottom of the Steam Train Hotel in Antonito Colorado. The Philly sandwich was superb and the chocolate shake was straight up divine.

Somehow I was the only one in there, which felt like finding a hidden gem.

This place deserves some love if you’re in the area.

We have and oh was a pleasure it was! gets 5 stars alone for just ambiance but throw in the curated drinks, warm and friendly staff and the shopping; you’ve got the perfect experience! Get your sushi fix! Sunny and his team are serving it up, yet again. Every time we go in, the service, food and sauces never disappoint. We tried the sushi today and let me tell you, it was FRESH! Tell them SLVEats sent you! You could say, we are Thai Bangkok’s biggest fans!
