Hi everyone. This is Mike posting again. We have been having a difficult time getting our hands on strawberries as it's almost the end of the season. But we got lucky today and got our hands on some good ones. So we will have the Dubai strawberries as well as the parfaits today.

We don't know how many more times we will have them through the rest of the year, but we'll post when we do.
But since we can't make any guarantees, (emulating an infomercial at 2am 30 years ago), This Could Be Your Very Last Chance!!!

Hello everyone. Another post brought to you by Mike. She's making me learn to Facebook stuff since I pretty much gave up on technology after AOL stopped being a thing.
Today we have freshly made carrot cake that Casey is putting final touches on. We have trés léché by the slide as well as our macarons.
Flavors of strawberry, pistachios, cherry cola, blueberry, lemon and chai.
Flavors for cupcakes are the following: chocolate, lemon blueberry, birthday cake, pistachio, chai, carrot, and standard vanilla.
We also have our cheesecakes, and I made a new one today.Oreo cheesecake.

We also have our standard variety of cookies and brownies as well.

We're open until 7 tonight.

Hi everyone. This is Mike posting this time. I'm back on my newly formed feet, and doing much better thanks to Dr Spencer.

I bring the return of sugar free Fridays. Today we have chocolate chip cookies, cream cheese brownies that are still cooling, whoppie pies and cherry cheesecake. All are sugar free (thr cheesecakes do have natural sugar from the cherries) and will be available until supplies run out.

Thank you all for the well wishes while I was recovering and a big thanks to my wife and daughters for holding down the fort until I could literally get back on my feet.

Happy Tuesday everyone!
Just wanted to give an update on this week's hours.
Cookieman is still on his road to recovery. That being said he will be at the shop daily this week and actually moving around but still in a limited capacity. So we will be back to our normal 11a opening time.
We will be CLOSED on Saturday, July 4th, for a couple of reasons... 1) we understand the importance of family time and want to give our team the ability to enjoy the holiday with their families.
2) There are events going on in our wonderful city that will be keeping the rest of you occupied during our busy times lol
3)... cause I said :)

Lastly, I just wanted to take a minute to apologize and Thank You at the same time. I Apologize for my lack of posting lately. When I (Casey) am not posting regularly it can be for a few reasons. We are either very busy at the shop, outside life has become a bit overwhelming or I have yet again fallen into a dark place I can't seem to climb out of. Lately it's been a bit of all 3. I thank you all for your understanding of recent adjustments we have had to make and your continued support throughout all of this. We do our best to be there for you each and every day (Wed-Sat lol) with a smile and a sweet treat to get you through your day.

Thank you all again and from all of us at Rozie's, we hope you have a wonderful Holiday weekend filled with faith, family and love!

Hello Everyone, and Happy Father's Day.

Cookieman did have his surgery on Friday and is recuperating at home in his recliner. He will not be back to the shop for the foreseeable future as they had to operate on both feet. We are going to take it one day at a time on how much he can tolerate just moving around the house. With that being said, we will have shortened operating hours until he is able to join us again. Starting this Wednesday, we will be open 1p-7p Wed-Fri and our standard 10a-4p on Saturday. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but me being at the shop to open and close makes for an unrealistic and exhausting week when our days can be anywhere from 16-18 hours long.
We truly appreciate this communities continued support of our family and business and could never thank you enough.
