Been taking a “break” from baking this summer to focus on family and self care. But, I wanted to post this Happy Birthday cake for my husband’s 64th birthday. The cakes (vanilla & strawberry) actually were not my best baking work (over creamed my butter, resulting in a dense cake), but it was good practice to get me back at it. The chocolate cake was yummy & moist. Will be posting some more pics soon.
