I wasn't able to get "fancy" pictures of my angel food cake because life happens, lol. However, I can say it was very well received! Light texture, marshmallow type flavor, it was delicious and everything an angel food cake should be.

Dear Valued Customers,

I hope you're all doing well!

I wanted to let you know I will be taking a break from accepting new orders due to some issues with my oven. Unfortunately, it's not regulating temperature correctly, which is impacting my ability to bake at the quality standards I strive for.
I'll be working on getting this sorted out as quickly as possible.

I truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. I will keep you updated on when I'll be able to start taking orders again.

Spring is springing for most of the country. 🌞 🪻 💐
That means it's time to bring out the bright/fresh flavors. This lemon/blueberry cake is just that. Bright lemon cake with a blueberry filling and frosted with either a lemon, or vanilla buttercream frosting. 🍋

I forgot to post the pictures of the desserts my sons chose for their birthday treats.

The cake is a chocolate/Reese's Oreo cake chosen by Joel.

Ethan chose his favorite pie, pumpkin with a graham cracker crust.

Of course both boys got my homemade vanilla ice cream!!

All the desserts are made dairy free and you wouldn't know it.
