Recently, we embarked on a delightful journey to find the freshest peaches for our new fried pies. During our stop at Prewett Fruit Stand, not only did we discover some juicy, ripe peaches, but we also had the pleasure of meeting Ginger from . She generously shared some whole wheat flour with us, it inspired some creativity in the kitchen! This weekend, I experimented with the whole wheat flour and the result was absolutely beautiful! The pretty grains added a wonderful texture to our bread, making them not only delicious but also wholesome. I only tried 20% this time, but I can't wait to experiment some more! Thank you Ginger!
