Bake Up is a woman-owned bakery started by Kim Gonzalez as a cottage food bakery in Acton, Ca in 2014. Bake Up pastries is owned and operated by Kimberly Gonzalez out of a California Licensed Home Bakery. Visit us every Saturday 8:30am-1pm at the Old Town Newhall Farmer's Market. We are a homegrown, word-of-mouth grown business and we’re counting on you to spread the word! We are at 2 new weekly markets! Sundays in Porter Ranch & Thursday in Agoura Hills!

We just had our first week meeting lots of new faces and introducing them to our from scratch treats, and are delighted to hear the reviews! Plenty of other unique local small businesses are at both of these weekly community events and we’re excited to get to know more farmers and vendors along the way.

You can pre-order through our weekly hotplate menu drops (link in bio) and pick up at any of these locations, including Saturdays & we’ll have your Real Good Treats set aside for you.
