Bake Up Local SCV Bakery known best for our handcrafted artisan tarts & cookies highlighting organic grains & local farms + real good granola & marshmallows.

Bake Up is a woman-owned bakery started by Kim Gonzalez as a cottage food bakery in Acton, Ca in 2014. Bake Up pastries is owned and operated by Kimberly Gonzalez out of a California Licensed Home Bakery. Visit us every Saturday 8:30am-1pm at the Old Town Newhall Farmer's Market. We post our market menu every Tuesday on Facebook and Instagram. Find an assortment of pastries in the pastry case at Sagebrush Cafe in Quartz Hill and Bodhi Leaf Coffee Bars in Santa Clarita. Fall flavors are creeping in with our Spiced Ginger Molasses Cookies making their return. Nothing like that chewy, spicy, sweet combination. So delicious with a cup of coffee!

Our Pecan Tarts with a hint of maple are the perfect dessert to share with a loved one, and our Zucchini Bread with cinnamon and nutmeg is a great mid-morning snack (especially with a smear of nut butter) 🤤

Originally made for the topping of our much loved Vegan Peach & Apple Crumble Bars, our Spiced Granola has become an absolute pantry staple.

Top your yogurt, oatmeal, chia pudding, or snack on it by itself. Baked in small batches for freshness that can’t be beat!
