Bake Up is a woman-owned bakery started by Kim Gonzalez as a cottage food bakery in Acton, Ca in 2014. Fresh-baked, perfectly spiced granola

Originally made for the topping of our much loved Vegan Peach & Apple Crumble Bars, our Spiced Granola has become an absolute pantry staple.

Top your yogurt, oatmeal, chia pudding, or snack on it by itself. Baked in small batches for freshness that can’t be beat!

We’ve been intentionally incorporating fresh stone ground whole grain flours into our bakes since around 2018. Whole grain flours includes the natural nutrients found in wheat 🌾 We find that incorporating these flours adds depth of flavor, texture, protein, and makes our nostalgic bakes overall more satisfying.

We’ve also been sourcing farm-direct in season product like berries and stone-fruit and more, which means we can add less sugar and let the fruit speak for itself.

Taste the difference. Visit us in person at our farmers markets, follow us to see where we are popping up locally, pre-order from our weekly hotplate menu to pick up at a location near you, or visit one of our coffee shop partners and ask for Bake Up pastries.
