But honestly? It feels SO good to spend the whole day—and now the night—in my kitchen again. 🥹❤️

🥐🚨 CREAM HORN ALERT! 🚨🥐

Guess who’s getting back in the kitchen tonight?! 🙋‍♀️ THIS GIRL. And this time, I’m making a batch of my homemade CREAM HORNS! 😍

If you’ve never had a cream horn, you are seriously missing out. They’re golden, flaky pastry shells baked around a mold until perfectly crisp, then filled with my homemade sweet, creamy buttercream. 🤤

Think buttery, flaky pastry + fluffy buttercream filling = a dangerously delicious little dessert. 😂❤️

There’s just something about being back in my kitchen. 🥹💗

After a little time away, it felt SO good to turn on my mixer and just bake. I didn’t realize how much I had missed it until I was standing there covered in flour again. 😂

Tonight I made 40 cookies for my son’s 7th grade football team to enjoy at their lunch before their FIRST GAME tomorrow! 🏈🍪

20 chocolate chip + 20 peanut butter, because apparently feeding a bunch of middle school football players requires a small bakery production line. 😂

But honestly, getting back in the kitchen for something like this made my heart so happy. ❤️ It reminded me why I love what I do so much—not just because I love baking, but because I get to make little things that become part of people’s moments.

And tomorrow, I’ll be cheering on my favorite football player extra loud. 🏈🖤

Mandi Makes is officially back in the kitchen, y’all. And it feels GOOD. 🥹🍪💗
