🍌💜 BANANA PUDDING FESTIVAL UPDATE! 💜🍌

Unfortunately, Mandi Makes will NOT be at the Banana Pudding Festival in Slaton this weekend. 😭

The germs have officially taken over our house, and since I’m still feeling pretty rough, I’ve decided it’s best to sit this one out. As much as we LOVE seeing all of your smiling faces, the last thing we want to do is bring our sickness along with us! 🤧💜

So instead, we’re going to stay home, rest up, get healthy, and get back in that kitchen! 👩‍🍳✨

And don’t worry… Mandi Makes will be back! 😍

🚨 Weekend Update 🚨

Unfortunately, we are still battling sickness in our house and trying to get everyone feeling better. Because of that, Mandi Makes will be CLOSED for the weekend while we rest, recover, and get these germs out of our home. 🤒🦠

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience, and I truly appreciate your understanding and patience. We’ll be back as soon as we’re feeling better and ready to get back in the kitchen! 💜🧁

Thank you all so much for supporting my little business and giving us grace while we take the time we need to heal. 💕

Hey y’all! Just a little update from Mandi Makes ❤️

I have a sick kiddo at home, so unfortunately, we will be closed for the next couple of days while I take care of him and try to get him feeling better.

Also, because nobody wants bonus germs with their baked goods 😂, I’m going to take a couple of days to let these germs get OUT of my house before getting back in the kitchen!

Y’all… I’m making PEACH JALAPEÑO JAM for the very first time! 😍

I had some fresh peaches and jalapeños gifted to me by a sweet friend, and I thought, why not turn them into something delicious?! So here we are—my first adventure into making jam and using my water bath canner! 🥰

I’m not gonna lie… I’m a little nervous, but also SO excited to see how it turns out! 😂🤞

Sweet peaches + a little jalapeño kick sounds like the perfect combination to me! 🍑🔥

If this batch turns out as good as I’m hoping, y’all might just see Peach Jalapeño Jam making an appearance at Mandi Makes! 👀💜

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately! With school starting back up, life getting busy, and everything in between, I decided to take a little break and give myself some time for a much-needed mental refresh. 🫶✨

Sometimes you just have to slow down, breathe, and reset! But don’t worry—we’re not gone for good! 😉

That means I’ll be able to start expanding my menu with MORE shelf-stable homemade goodies for y’all! 🙌💕

I’m SO excited about all the possibilities and can’t wait to start experimenting with new recipes and flavors. 😍
