As we prepare to move to Texas and begin a new chapter, it’s time to close Rising Crust Bakery here in Aberdeen.

What started as a little love for sourdough became something I’m so incredibly proud to have built. Thank you to everyone who ordered, shared, encouraged, and welcomed my bread into your homes. This story only exists because you wrote it with me. 🥖✨

It’s been a difficult week personally, and staying busy in the kitchen has been such a welcome distraction. Getting to bake and fulfill your orders gave me something positive to focus on when I really needed it.
