🥖 No, we can't just "make more."
We get it — when you're craving a good baguette, waiting is hard. But here's the thing: there's no magic button in our bakery.
Every single baguette is weighed by hand, shaped by hand, one at a time. This isn't frozen bread we pop in the oven on demand. It's a real traditional baguette — alive, fermented slowly, and it needs several hours to rise before it ever hits the oven.
We bake in several batches throughout the day so you get bread as fresh as possible. But dough can't be rushed. When one batch sells out, the next is already proofing — and it'll be ready when it's ready.
So if we're out of baguettes for a moment, it's not a mistake. It's proof that we make real bread, in small controlled batches, instead of stacking industrial loaves all day long.
Just ask us! We're always happy to tell you when the next batch will be coming out of the oven. 🥖
Handmade has its limits. And that's exactly what makes it worth it. ❤️
Thank you to everyone who knows the good things are worth the wait. 🇲🇫🇺🇲
