On 7th September we held our fast ever wedding baking cakes.

This class was strictly about how to improve our usual recipes by creating premium flavours out of them.

We learnt so much from baking vanilla cakes, to marble cakes to fruit cakes etc.

The cakes were awesome, the texture was giving wedding vibes and the natural flavours spoke for them selves and surely that class was worth the investment.

A big thank you goes to all the bakers that attended.
