如果你也喜歡「韓式泡菜」,冬天一定要試試自己手作!
建議選用韓國進口的山東大白菜,台灣則要選高山栽種的,完成的泡菜不會苦!
做好的泡菜室溫放一天後,入冷藏低溫發酵,兩週後即可新鮮開吃啦!吃不完的老泡菜較酸,可以炒菜炒肉,或是燉湯煮火鍋!
