The Taichung Green Museumbrary, designed by , is a masterpiece of transparency and fluidity.

Through the use of white metal mesh and glass, the architects created a space that allows the breeze and light to flow.

As the breeze and the sunset drift freely through the space, it brings to mind a simple truth:

Your inner peace is the world’s peace.

THE HORANG:餐桌上的藝術 承載生活的雕塑
野口勇 Isamu Noguchi 曾說:「我為日常生活創造藝術品。」他打破傳統藝術的界限,將雕塑的靈感融入實用設計,創造出跨越時代的經典。這種將藝術帶入
日常的理念,也正是韓國品牌 THE HORANG 的創作核心。品牌以「Sculptures for Everyday Life」的概念,將餐具轉化為生活中的藝術品,透過對材質、形式與觸感的細緻考量,讓每一件作品既具雕塑感,同時也考慮使用時的溫度與細膩度,回應生活的所需。

2025 年 2 月,THE HORANG 在首爾景福宮旁的西村開設了第一個空間。選址於一座修復後的韓屋,設計師將日本留學期間所累積的能量與韓國建築工藝融合,在木材名匠的協助下,重新拆解與詮釋韓屋的傳統結構,完整保留過去的椽木天花骨架,讓經典恢復重現。細節上,韓紙匠李滋成的作品在燈影下透著柔和的光,木工藝家朴弘九以炭化技法烤黑的木材靜默立於櫃台,而京都Kamisoe 的紙藝與陳列展台融為一體,陶藝家金寅植的花瓶則是在白瓷與陶土間延展出呼吸的縫隙。這些設計語彙並非裝飾,而像空氣一樣滲入空間,使餐具的存在更顯從容。
空間的入口處懸掛著一塊古老的「書案」木板,上面寫著「正心」二字,提醒人們以正直之心對待生活。這份心境是 主理人對待產品的真心,在這裡,每一件餐具都承載一份祝福、記憶或情感。而這份誠懇,也是 The Horang
珍貴的情懷。讓器物回歸心靈,讓工藝承載生活。

這份念想在首爾有了適切的場域,Perfumer H Seoul 坐落於江南狎鷗亭,靜靜眺望島山公園的綠意。推開大門,迎面而來是一股靜謐的流動,像森林深處的微風吹拂,為城市捎來青草與泥土的氣息。

Perfumer H Seoul 的展亭為藝術展覽與文化交流提供舞台,使空間成為社群與文化交織的所在,這裡不是為了追逐流行,而是為了安放心靈。正如 Lyn Harris 對香氣的理解:真正動人的氣味,不在於彰顯回憶,而在於無聲之間,讓生活聞起來像你想成為的模樣。
