I have been a baker since I was about 8 years old, grew up in St James, Trinidad and I lived in a compound with other children. We started baking cupcakes together and eventually I found myself experimenting with other types of cakes and brownies. My elder brother would have friends coming over all the time so those friends would eventually become my official “taste testers”
I probably will never learn how to do fondant so if you looking for that ... sorry, not me !
I bake for the joy of baking, I have to feel inspired and rested to bake so its usually around 2am I start, my stuff is always fresh and I use the highest quality ingredients available.
My signature product would be my brownies, I’ve heard that they are the best, but you can decide for yourself ! I love when walnuts and chocolate chips are added but the plain ones are just as great.
