Dear loyal customers,

Kindly disregard any negative posts about the bakery. Those of you who are loyal to us knows that our bread is freshly baked and sold out daily. Also, traditional HOPS bread is NOT a soft bread.
Please note that if you get a bread that is cold and not hot it doesn’t mean that it is stale. The bakery isn’t equipped with a device to keep the bread hot. When you bake bread or make roti at home how long does it remain hot?
Additionally, since Covid-19 the management and staff had made the decision to have customers place money in a basket to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria for our protection. The money distributed for change that you our customers receive have been sprayed with rubbing alcohol. Whether it seems foolish or funny to you, ALL establishments are entitled to protect themselves in any manner they see fit just like you are entitled to protect yourself as well. Even before COVID-19 it is a known FACT that money carries the most germs. That being said, instead of sharing wrong and negative information about us please proceed to report it and thank you for your continuous support!
