Most of the time it shows. YouTube has become my baking teacher, and anytime I don’t know how to do a technique in a recipe, I look up a video and hope that I can replicate the skill that’s being demonstrated. I do not offer full fondant cakes. Fondant decor is possible on buttercream cakes.

Every year I make Snoopy's Birthday Cake.
It's gluten free, meat free and no preservatives.
This year I made a Bento almond flour carrot cake with peanut butter frosting.

I wouldn't say Snoopy has a strict diet but we do try to control what he eats. I make his treats and birthday cakes.
He loves pancakes, sada roti and butter, rice, noodles but all in moderation.
He's a sucker for carrots, apples and cucumbers.
And he sometimes gets steamed pumpkin or sweet potato mash for dinner.
