Persuaded out of 'retirement' to make the cakes for my daughter's engagement. Chocolate sponge with blackcurrant jam with white chocolate buttercream, salted caramel with white chocolate buttercream and matching cupcakes.

I regret that I will not be taking on any bookings until further notice, as I need to concentrate on my health and that of my family.
It is difficult to step away from baking as it has taken over my life, which has caused part of the problem, I need some time away from my kitchen.
I have a few orders already booked in between now and Christmas, these will not be affected.
I may still post on this page from time to time in order to keep my hand in.
Thank you everyone for your messages, there is nothing untoward happening I just need to improve my health.
