It’s with a mix of gratitude and sadness that I share some big news: The Possum Gluten-Free Bakery will be closing its doors, as I’ll be relocating to another country for the next chapter in life.

Possum has grown into more than just a home bakery—it became a place of connection and community. Whether you came in for a loaf of rustic style gluten-free bread, a vegan or gluten-free chocolate cake and brownie, you’ve been a part of something truly special.
