Very early cake delivery today for my regular customer 😀

She tells me the Pulut Hitam Chiffon Cake is her favourite 😍 so she ordered one for herself to enjoy and the rest are cake gifts for her church friends.

Today's lovely order is the Pulut Hitam, Pandan and Yuzu Chiffon Cakes! Baked with love and made with the good stuff!

The chosen cake was our signature Lychee Rose Cake. It is made up of 3 layers of Rose sponge cake infused with a light lychee syrup, filled with juicy lychees and frosted in a delicate rose chantilly cream. Dried French roses add an extra floral scent to the cake 🌹

Made with the good stuff, and baked with love ❤️

Announcement!

Please take note of my available dates for the month of July for your sweet treats from Of Flour & Eggs! For celebration cake orders, kindly check in 2 weeks in advance to help with your planning. :)

The Baker starts work today in a new role as a Culinary Advisor (after 13 years of being a stay home mom!!!!), but I will still continue to bake for you whenever I can, hence the limited dates. I will share the monthly dates available, so be sure to check in for the latest updates.

Thank you everyone for your kind support all these years, my regulars, my new customers, and my dear friends who spread the word and the love. If you will like to come and say hi to me, please drop by my work place! I will love to give you a tour of it and show you my favourite kitchen assistant, the Thermomix!
