A good pineapple tart should crumble softly, but never fall apart in your hands.

This year was slightly busier than our previous CNY seasons and we’re so, so grateful for that.

Prep actually began 2-3 months before the first delivery - planning quantities, ordering ingredients, getting packaging ready - long before the ovens were even switched on.

Stacks on stacks on stacks.

CNY 2026 turned into a full-on baking marathon - early mornings, late nights, egg washes on repeat, washing jars and boxes, folding sleeves in quiet pockets of time, and trays that just kept going in and out of the oven.

Every box here represents a home, a gathering, a reunion table. And that still feels a little surreal to us.

Now that the rush has slowed and the kitchen is (finally) calm again… we’ll admit we teenie tiny bit miss the madness. The constant hum of the oven. The packing table covered in tarts. The “just one more tray”energy.

Thank you for trusting us with your festive tables and gifts this year.
We’re tired… but the good kind of tired. 💚

Rewrapped.

Our melt-in-your-mouth pineapple tarts, dressed a little differently for 2026.
Still made with French butter, a low-sugar recipe, and no unnecessary extras - just the same care we’ve always put into every tart.

Each box holds 24 bite-sized tarts, neatly wrapped and ready for gifting (or sharing… if you must).

Pre-orders open 3 Jan, 10am.
Slots: 3, 9 and 13 February.
