Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
A decade-old recipe that has captured the hearts of those who’ve had it. Made with real vanilla pod — creamy, speckled, comforting, classic.

Rum & Raisin Gelato
Raisins soaked in rum for at least 24 hours until plump and fragrant. Slow-churned into a smooth, indulgent gelato made for grown-up palates.

Crafted this koi pond jelly cake for my number one supporter - Mama! The koi are having great time swimming in the pond full of gold bars!

Made this with refreshing Thai honey mango with hint of sourness in coconut base. Using spirulina and pumpkin powder for the first time.

Generous slice with koi & wishing her 年年有餘，黃金遍地! The smile captured is definitely priceless.

Rain + Roses = Best cure for a rainy day for me. I fell in love with these roses when I first saw them in my teacher's works. I was overjoyed when she agreed to teach us. The cutting technique for creating the roses in the clear canvas ain't easy. It requires loads of practice and patience. They are not perfect, but I'm satisfied.

Everyone loves this lychee flavour jelly cake. The kiddos had second helping. One of them asked if she can learn making the floral jelly. Ahhhh ..... let’s arrange a jelly jabbing party soon.

Some of you have asked. We accepted some orders for this CNY. Our best seller and 人气第一 delectable homemade, freshly baked mini crunchy and fragrant double chocolate chips & hazelnut cookies is available for PREORDER now! They are available in bigger tub (260g) for $18.

So GOOD we GUARANTEE you can't just stop at one! Trust us, we've been there and it's just that good.

The cookies are hand scooped and thus, in different sizes. We will fill the tub to the brim with cookies.

Perfect balance of sweet and sour with a kick! You can see find pineapple fiber in the jam. The crust brings a melt-in-your mouth sensation and a strong buttery taste which crumbles with each bite. If you are lover of nuts, you'd definitely love these Alsacien cookies with hazelnut bits and almond whole nuts. One distinct characteristic of these cookies is the use of cooked egg yolk. The fragrance of cooked egg yolk and it makes the cookies so tender that it feels like a mass of buttery crumbs just barely held together until they dissolve in your mouth. This is one of the few cookie recipes which use cooked egg yolks! Very aromatic cookies!

Ushering in prosperous year with koi pond jelly cake. Some of you have asked us about this since last CNY. Ha! Available in limited quantities for 8" and they come in round, heart and flower shaped. There will be 28cm in length fan shaped jelly cake available. More information on design details and flavour will be up next week.
