Firstly, to my regulars who have been with us and using our services, you guys should know by now how our delivery works.
On my part with the customer who have posted about us, we did not receive the payments for the items that are damaged as it is fair enough for us as we were late for the delivery and food damaged. And we also refunded back the amount of the food that are damaged.
Secondly, any of you have the idea between frozen and thaw food. If frozen, when us delivery guys pick the items up, it should be literally frozen , means hard solid, and not watery. And also to be picked up directly from freezer, not from the table where the food is already soggy.
Thirdly, if you guys buy something frozen it wont come in zip lock bag which is air tight sealed, and have no spaces for the "frozen" food. Moreover if it is pastry type, and u place it in ziplock air tight bags, the pastries will obviously get clogged up with each other.
And now after looking at the circulating messages, i have seen her telling her customers that i did not reply to her, and it was her first time using us. It is not our first time delivering for you.
