Let’s make some mooncakes with the kids (avoid them looking at electronic gadgets whole time). Recipe as below, have fun! 😉

Mooncake sugar syrup 70g
Alkaline water 2g
Oil 30g
Mix all liquid together
Fold in 100g plain flour
Rest the dough for at least 1hour before using it
Mould it, Bake it 200C, 15~20mins, Eat it 😆

Newbie may use the skin/ filling ratio of 4:6, else 3:7
