TenEleven Cakery Home-made Goodness to the Last Crumb I love and have always been passionate about food, desserts in particular. And, I was fascinated by CUPCAKES. It was FUN!

Like most people, I think food and dessert make us HAPPY! I started loving to be in a kitchen 3 years ago and I have not looked back! It was enjoyable making it, eating it and sharing it with others. From a small operation, suddenly I realised I was home-industrialised. I did birthday cupcakes, corporate and private parties, themed cupcakes, you name it. My family has been my greatest fan. My husb

and has been my biggest supporter and my children are my muse and the reason I keep challenging myself in producing amazing cakes. I first started baking for my family only. We had gatherings at our house quite regularly, such as birthdays, Hari Raya open houses, ladies hi teas etc. I started making my own food and desserts at these occasions. The response was so positive; my mother in law encouraged me to sell the cupcakes to others. True enough the orders kept pouring in and I became busy. From this moment on my daughters and I have been having a lot of fun. My daughters had their fun mixing and decorating the cakes. The results are clear. My cupcakes are made with love and joy. However, the journey to finding my winning formula for the masses is far from easy. Being in a country like Singapore challenged me a great deal. Singapore has offered an array of unbelievable choices of great food. I have done trials of eating more than 100 types of cupcakes to finally settle on my proudest cakes. Personally, the actual cake has to taste so good that even without the topping, you will still be able to enjoy it. And, I always believe that the topping should only there to compliment the whole eating-a-cupcake experience, not to overpower it. The answer: fresh and quality products.
