Almond Torte ..For this torte ground almonds are used instead of flour, which adds subtle almond flavor and sweetness.

finally got my baking gears out ,tried these little bit different cookies, not the usual sugar cookies but swiss christmas goodies(learnt from few german and swiss expat acquaintances).....it was quite satisfying making them.....

Dear all,
As they say better late than never ....Raj Creations moved out of country sometime in July, didn't get an opportunity to write as I was preoccupied with the big move. I thank everyone one of you for supporting me, thinking of me and loving my creations on your birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries and other occasions. I enjoyed myself working on every cake I baked and decorated...miss you and love you all..
