I have a new favourite!

Felix's Mum gave me a book about monkeys, crocodiles and a very dirty car and this is my interpretation.

Inside is vanilla chocolate chip with vanilla buttercream.

It took 8 hours from baking to completion but I loved making this cake.

Every cupcake has a handmade sugar topper featuring something that this 16 year old girls loves from handbags to baseball to her dog.

Felix's Mum wanted a cake for him to share with his mandarin class at school. The animal models represent the three years of the Chinese zodiac that have featured in Felix's life so far Ox, Tiger & Rabbit) and the Chinese characters say what else but "Happy Birthday".
