Finally completed my 5th batch (last batch) of Teochew Mooncake.

I was suppose to be making max 40 pcs a batch. Orders keep coming in and I don’t feel good to reject.

So here is my 54 pcs + 2 pcs of mini spiral to reward myself! Oh ya, I do taste every batch to ensure that they are good to go !
Added a tinge of teal, and it bring out another different kind of style.

I started making these Teochew mooncakes specially for my mum and my mil. Sugar level is reduced by 40% to suit their taste bud and for health.

There maybe times I don’t get a good yam, but rest assure u are eating the real thing. No artificial flavourings in the fillings!

Pure yam paste with super fragrant home made shallot oil. That’s it. Simple as it is.
