This year Dragon Boat Festival (端午节) is fall on 3rd June 2022.

Its time for bak zhang (dumpling) again. Yumz!!!! Here and there can saw lots of posting from master chef.. Droolings🤤

Thanks for those who approach us to check on whether we are going to open any slot for bak zhang or not. Sorry to say that, the bak zhang is for own consume only😂. Not for sale. 😁

The preparation works, the price increase for most of the ingredients and the cooking hours is the main factor why bak zhang is not listed under our menu.

Furthermore, we are quite particular to the hygiene level of our goods. Every single bamboo leaves have to wash it thoroughly. For those who ever help out in this process, definitely will agree with me on how tiring and dirty it is. ☺️

Our bak zhang is quite big in size🤣and prefer to put in lot of fillings since it's own consume. (Dried Mushroom, Dried Shrimp, Dried Scallop, Chestnut, Pork with half fat, Salted Egg and Chinese Sausage.)

It's Big size and lots of fillings. Yumz Yumz yumzz..

That's our version of Getuk Ubi. 😋 Love this the most! The taste of Cassava with shredded coconut and palm sugar is so good. Yet the sugar level is just nice.
