My journey to seek the elusive palatable taste of not just chocolate but dark chocolate began when I was in my 20's. I know, it sound incredulous that my fondness of this delightful, aromatic, velvety snack started so late in my life. So, as I was saying, I have tasted many different types of dark chocolate but there was always something lacking - taste, texture, smell etc. I believe that everyone

has their own personal preference and I was looking out for mine. Eventually I decided, rather than continuing this exhausting search, why not learn on-line and customize my very own chocolate? As you have guessed it by now, MY dark chocolate truffles! This simple no-frills truffles are handmade from scratch and by hand. Not overly sweet but something you find yourself craving for regularly and never tire of.
