Hello friends,
It’s been a while but I hope some of you still remember us!
I’ve spent the past many months deeply reflecting what I wanted for the brand, what products to put out, and how to move things forward.
With that came the recipe testing, food tastings and going back to the drawing board to tweak the recipes. Many have told me that there’s no need to perfect the recipe before I put it on the menu, that “nice” is enough. But those who know me or have tried my products will know, that is never gonna happen.
So after a long time, I’ve come up with a (small) new gluten free dessert menu that I really love. Everything is handmade from scratch by myself, and I do hope you can feel the love and effort that goes into making every product.
And since Chinese New Year is just around the corner, our gluten free pineapple tarts are also ready for orders! Very touched that some of you have dropped me a message to check if I’m still baking them for CNY. This year, we’ve reduced the sugar even more, so they’re just the perfect balance of light sweetness and tart pineapple paste.
Thank you for your support all these while, even when I’ve gone MIA. I’ll be putting out more gluten free desserts in time to come and I’m very excited to have you on this journey with me.
