I prepared this orange chocolate cake to welcome the New Year with my family & friends. Amidst lot of other preparations on Dec 31 I just got 40 mins to finish the icing of the cake. 👩🏻‍🍳 Not a great finish but still looks pretty 😋

6” Chocolate base with vanilla buttercream frosting, trees made on ice cream wafer cones & dusted with icing sugar to give snowfall effect..

Made this 4 layered Orange and Chocolate Eggless Cake for my nephew’s 7th b’day. 🎂👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳
Filled with Cream Cheese and White Chocolate Ganache alternatively. Frosting is again White Ganache.
I tried my hands on Fondant for the first time and made cake Toppers with them.
Still a long way to go when I talk about perfection but I think for starters it’s an achievement for me.
