and serving. Here’s what to keep in mind once your cake arrives:

Fresh cream: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 1 hour in an air-conditioned
environment.
Buttercream: Refrigerate upon receiving and remember to let it come to room
temperature for 30–45 minutes before enjoying.

For leftovers, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days.
