What makes our dumplings stand out?
We use fresh ingredients sourced from the local market, including Premium Pork Belly, Hand-peeled Jumbo American Chestnuts, Fresh Salted Egg Yolks, Dried Flower Mushroom, Dried Shrimps, White-Eyed Beans, Chinese Sausages, Dried Scallops, Dried Oysters and Braised Abalone.
