A mooncake, but made it Nonya.

Layers of colour, layers of tradition, layers of love. Our Mooncake Lapis Sagu gives the familiar 九层糕 a Mid-Autumn twist. Chewy, nostalgic and almost too pretty to eat.

This Mid-Autumn, gift something a little different.

Happy Father’s Day, Daddy 🤍

There are so many things I wish I could tell you.

I wish I could tell you about the girls and how much they’ve grown.

I wish I could tell you about the challenges I’ve faced and the dreams I’ve chased.

I wish I could tell you that I finally found the courage to build something of my own.

Most of all, I wish I could sit across from you to share a slice of this Durian Salat Cake with me. I will always remember the Nonya Kuehs we had, and our favorite shared. As I built One Sweet Bite, I’ve often thought about how proud you would have been to see this passion come to life.

Today, I celebrate you the best way I know how through the things I create with love.

Forever loved. Forever missed.🕊️💙
