Toasty housemade cheese melted over fluffy focaccia, lightly perfumed with raspberry jam and finished with a balsamic glaze drizzle 😭🫶🏻

Slightly tangy, sweet, a little sharp and somehow sooo comforting all at once… she’s a lil fancy but still cozy hehe ☁️

Definitely one of those flavours that keeps sneaking back into your mind at 2am 🥹

This is also our last full month in our little Pelikat shop before we move home for awhile until our new space is ready 🥹✨

We’ve made sooo many memories here over the past few years — late night baking sessions, accidental recipe & packing disasters, meeting so many of you and watching this tiny bakery slowly grow 🥹☁️

A lot is changing soon, but we’re really excited for what’s ahead!!! 🌷 thank you for continuing to grow with us through every season friends 🫶🏻

Our margherita focaccia… but make it from scratch everything 💕🥹

Pillowy focaccia, loaded with our house-made cheese (yes we make it ourselves hehe), juicy fresh tomatoes, and torn basil leaves that melt right in 🌿🍅

Baked fresh daily so every bite is warm, soft, a lil crispy on the edges, and honestly… kinda hard to share 🫶

Best served with warm 💕 Pop it in an oven at 190C for 5-7 mins 🔥
