我们今天做这糕点，领悟到的“重复的力量”。

在重复中慢慢找到方向，找到平衡。
然后在一次次的重复里，
缺什么补什么，哪里不足就调整哪里。

“人要有重复的耐力。”
因为生活本来就是一种重复，
日复一日地工作、学习、生活。

所以真的，不管在生活的哪个领域，
不要害怕重复，
但也别太用力，更不要内卷。

找到属于自己的节奏，慢慢走。

终有一天你会发现，
那些曾经以为毫无变化的日子，
其实一直都在把你带向更好的自己。

直到某一天，
你会发现，原来自己已经在不知不觉中，
在重复里迎来了突破。
