Just to update, I can only take in another 20pcs of keto bak chang for 5th June 2023, another 30pcs for 12th June 2023.

Once my orders are fulfilled, I will stop all orders. You'll have to wait till next year then.. 😝

Chinese Dumpling Festival is approaching, for this year, it will falls on Thursday which will be 22nd June 2023.

I believed most of you might be wondering, how can i have Bak Zhang without rice, thus i am using cauliflower to replace the rice.
And it really tasted like the REAL Bak Zhang even without rice. The ordinary Bak chang have a whopping 50g or more of carbs, while for my Keto Bak Zhang, is only about 6 nett carbs. 😊

Ingredients
Fresh pork belly
Dried shrimp
Mushroom
Fresh salted egg yolk
Cauliflower
Psyllium
Five spice powder
Garlic
Himalayan salt
Pepper
Liquid amino
Dark soya sauce (Just for the colour)

All self collection in chua chu kang (680706), or self courier only.

As I am only taking in limited orders, reservations with full payment will be considered as confirmed orders.

Those who got them from me last year will know that I had in fact rejected many orders as I only have 2 hands and cannot fulfill so much orders in a day. 😅🙏

So Hurry make your orders now with me to avoid disappointment.

Do note that all dumplings are make fresh on 5th and 12th, so that you might even received warm ones that's just out from my stove. 😊

Fresh dumplings collection date 5th, 6th ,12th and 13th June 2023 only.

For my customers from last year, you'll notice that I have increase the dumplings to $9.50 per piece this year due to increase in almost everything. 😫

No limit pieces, you can even order just one piece. Since I can only make max 120 pieces in one day, it's doesn't matter where it goes to, since it's always not enough to go around. ❤️
