The beginnings of Bake_ed begun in December 2019 when myself and a couple of good friends came together to bake a brownie from popular media, Tastemade. Several weeks later and over 15 recipe developments, the Ultimate Brownie became Bake_ed’s first menu item. As a work-in-progress bakery, Bake_ed’s mission to 'have your cake and eat it’ offers everyone the opportunity to respond to your cravings.

Inspired by local delights, Bake_ed's products are carefully crafted with high quality ingredients, and tested to its crumb to ensure you (cake crav-ers) are satisfied. Bake_ed also represents the curiosity in learning while doing, and believes that all experiences are learning opportunities.

I baked a test batch for a gathering with some of my good ol friends from poly! Has been at least 5 years since we all met ~ the cake was well received by my friends and everyone commented its really creamy ! LOL I suspect its the butter 🌚

Personally I love making bread, and the Cinnamon roll is so far my best creation (apart from the Earl Grey Pound cake)

Update: Earlier posts mention that the roll is made with Pistachios, it has now been changed to Almonds after some feedback

I’m back guys! Let’s get some dough ready 🍞!
What are we making? Rolls! Not just any rolls, but the kind of rolls that would leave you wanting for more! It’s crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside
Made using Yudane, our rolls remains fresh even when placed outside for a long time. . I guess in the long run I hope to make these delights for cafes and then allow more people to taste my creations. Till then, I hope you would love it as I would!
On a side note, I'm putting to the test and trying to reach out to everyone who absolutely loves great bakes. Some of the perks when getting your bakes from me is you get to:
- Enjoy the bake in its purest form (no artificial flavourings)
- I mostly prepare all bakes (especially bread) a maximum of 12 hours before collection
- All bakes have been tested throughly for quality and consistency
- I operate in the motto of 'Clean space is Good food'
