Till now you would have understood that custard is my family’s favorite dessert, especially my son.

So presenting Mango custard with mango pulp and topped with more mango pulp. Yes that fabulous design on top was done with mango pulp. Added more mango pieces and dry fruits before serving.

Pandan Cookies

These cookies turned out so flavorful and crunchy. Most pandan cookies are rolled in desiccated coconut before baking but since my kids are not big fans of coconut, I used white chocolate chips instead. They still tasted amazing.
