This year’s season was filled with early mornings, late nights, countless bamboo leaves, and many happy customers.

As we complete our final deliveries, we’d like to express our heartfelt gratitude to every customer, friend, and family member who supported us along the way.

One of my favourite pastimes during bak chang season 🥚💛

Cracking salted eggs one by one may be time-consuming, but it’s also one of the most satisfying parts of the process.

Every salted egg yolk is carefully selected and prepared by hand before it goes into our Signature Salted Egg Pork Bak Chang. No shortcuts, just the traditional way we’ve always done it.

It’s these little steps behind the scenes that make every bak chang extra special ❤️
