Today dinner Kong-guksu (콩국수) - noodles in cold soyabean soup.

Suitable for hot weather today.

Chewy noodles soak in soya bean and toufu soup, topped with julliened cucumber and hard boiled egg.

To complete the taste, our homemade napa- kimchi as a side dish..

The juice from the kimchi gravy permeates into the flour mixture. The taste of sourish from the kimchi and lil touched of sweetness to matched. Accompanied with a cup of hot tea while enjoying the rainy day.. Lets eat.. 먹자..
