"It's all about a balancing act between time, temperature and ingredients: That's the art of baking.” -Peter Reinhart

1. Do read through the recipe.
✅it helps you to know how the bake is made and what ingredients are needed.

2. Do preheat the oven.
✅preparing the oven to be hot enough or until it reaches the 'set' temperature before baking anything. You don't want any fail bakes or undercooked mess at end result.

3. Do weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
✅because baking is science that requires all precision you would need.

4. Don't skip the sifting step.
✅to remove impurities and lumps.

5. Don't open oven door too early.
✅The heated air will escaped causing cold air to rush in.

6. Don't overmix the dough.
✅ to avoid extra gluten development.

Have you heard of what are cookie pods?

It is normally a cup like cookie base and topped with Nutella filling. It can also be of any other filling besides Nutella.

Topped with 100% Nutella filling, these can even be kept at a room temperature. Definitely a favourite dessert for the young as well.
