Basic House Rules:
1. Be responsible and honour your orders, payments and collections. Those who MIA will be blacklisted (hope for your understanding! 🙏🏻)
2. There will be an admin fee of $2 per order form submitted.
3. Kindly make payment within 24 hours from our message sent to you (with screenshot for verification), else your order will be considered as forfeited and will be taken up by the next in our waiting list.
4. No cancellation will be accepted once payment is made.
5. Items to be collected within the same day and given time slot, NO overnight storage is allowed. Host will NOT be liable for items not collected after closing time.
6. Do double check your items upon collection. No exchange or refund will be entertained after leaving collection point.
7. All orders are subjected to confirmation of final availability. If we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will definitely notify you via PM.
8. Save our earth 🌍, bring your own recycle bag upon self-collection.
