In the summer, one event follows another and it is the season for having a good time, enjoying food and music, collecting memories and loading new positive energy for the rest of the year. BALING BENEFITS ON REMOTE ISLANDS
Niijima Village, located in the Izu Islands, is reachable in about two and a half hours by high-speed jet ferry from Tokyo. One good example of how a small baler can be a great help, is this recent reference case, shared by Orwak Hungary, from one of their customer sites:
Previously, plastic film was collected in cages on the warehouse floor, disrupting daily workflows and taking up valuable space intended for merchandise. Now it is tossed directly into a COMPACT 3110 baler for compaction.

CAMPSITE WASTE COMPACTION IN PEAK SEASON

For many, summer vacation is synonymous with camping. Feeling free, relaxed and being close to nature; the sea, a lake or excellent hiking trails in the forest or in the mountains. FERRERO PREMIUM CHOCOLATE FACTORY BENEFITS FROM ORWAK COMPACTION SOLUTIONS
Ferrero is one of the world’s largest sweet-packaged food companies with over 35 iconic brands known globally. Ferrero’s vast premium chocolate factory in Belgium invested in a new high-capacity compaction solution to deal with its waste streams. The factory handles 2500 tons of recyclables per year and the powerful 80 ton fully automated Orwak Horizontal baler 800 ATH, for effective compaction and baling of the materials.

Ferrero Belgium was already well acquainted with Orwak’s compaction solutions, as no less than 15 units of the multi-chamber baler 9020S and 9 units of the most compact vertical balers 3110/3120 are strategically located throughout the factory.
