Here is the event calendar for May as promised!

We continue with Slow runs (the closest one being already this Sunday, don't forget to sign up!), Boardgame afternoons and we're even introducing Fika & create - a space where you can twice a month come and create freely. We will provide art supplies, but feel free to even bring your own projects you've already been working on :) A perfect opportunity to take a breather (and fika) in the middle of the week while unwinding by doing some crafts 🫶

If you like a bread with a bit of "soul" and a lot of crunch, this is the one. Fröa is our seeded sourdough, built on a blend of rye and wheat from our friends at . It’s dense in the best way, packed with poppy, sunflower, and sesame seeds that get all toasted and fragrant in the oven. Perfect for those who think the crust is the best part of the bread.

A washed Ethiopian from the Guji region - bright, floral, with a clean citrus finish. Exactly the kind of cup we love to have on the counter alongside fresh bread in the morning.

We source our coffee through , a Malmö-based roaster we really trust. Supporting local producers is something we care about, and Solde's approach to sourcing and roasting aligns with how we think about ingredients at the bakery

Come in and have a cup - we brew it fresh throughout the day ❤️
