This Thursday ive got a treat for you. Im creating a Mezze Platter with Tabouleh, Falafel, Humus, Babaganush, Pitta Bread, stuffed courgettes and Crudité.
For afters a zesty lemon drizzle cake.

You can find me tomorrow in Coimbra at the vegan fair. I've been slaving away in my kitchen on your favourite cheeses, cheesecake, Plum Streusel Cake, a creamy chocolate berry Tiramisu, Biscoff Cake and a Pandan custard cream cake. Don't forget the cheese & onion pasties, Cornish pasties, Sausage pizza pockets and Turkish stuffed bread! I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
