You can find me tomorrow in Coimbra at the vegan fair. I've been slaving away in my kitchen on your favourite cheeses, cheesecake, Plum Streusel Cake, a creamy chocolate berry Tiramisu, Biscoff Cake and a Pandan custard cream cake. Don't forget the cheese & onion pasties, Cornish pasties, Sausage pizza pockets and Turkish stuffed bread! I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

On the menu for Thursday's take away we have Bunny Chow which is an African fragrant yummy curry. It is traditionally served in a cob bread but a lot of you fed back that it was too much bread. I will therefore serve it with a bread roll. For afters we have a cannoli, an Italien crispy pastry shell, with a creamy filling and candied fruit. Delicious!
