Homemade Baked protein bar

Adapted from a protein bar reipe with the ingredients I'm trying to use up! Turned out a bit gooier than I'd hoped...I like them with a dollop of light sour cream to balance out the sweetness from the protein powder.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cereal (Organic Raisin Bran)

1 1/2 cups nuts ( almond, walnuts, raisins etc)

2 tablespoons peanut butter

3 large egg whites

2 mashed bananas

1/2 cup milk

cinnamon (to taste)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Mix cereal, nuts , cinnamon

Add peanut butter, egg white and bananas and mix thoroughly

Mix in milk.

Pour into greased baking pan.

Bake for 20 minutes.
